For Health Care Facilities
Services we provide to the health care industry include:
- Per diem dietitian services for clinical coverage during vacations, sick time, leave of absence or during staffing shortages.
- Ongoing consultant dietitian services to guide your facility with staying in compliance with State and Federal regulations. In addition, our consultant services include menu review and/or menu development, participation with mock surveys as well as being readily available during your State and Federal surveys.
- Assistance with educating your staff in Food Safety and Sanitation utilizing our top notch experienced instructors. Trainings are conducted in either English or Spanish language.
For Hospitality Industry
Services we provide to the food and beverage industry include:
- Food Safety training at the Manager level utilizing the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe ® program recognized by the State of
- Food Safety training at the Employee level utilizing the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association’s SafeStaff® Food Handler program. Our trainers come out to your establishment and train your associates at a time that is convenient for you. We utilize bilingual in English and Spanish instructors.
